285 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
Please read this document carefully before using the 285 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and the 285 platform ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 285, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as all related policies displayed on the platform.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 285 platform. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who violates these terms without prior notice.
These Terms apply to all platform users, including visitors browsing without an account, registered members, and any party interacting with our services. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full suite of 285 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately through the provided support channels.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the 285 platform.
- The information provided during registration must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping it up to date should anything change.
- We reserve the right to request identity verification at any time for security or compliance purposes.
- Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to applicable maintenance policies.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 285 platform are required to use the service in a responsible, lawful, and ethical manner. Any usage that violates the law or platform policies is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of 285's systems.
- Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any other technical means to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing any third party to access your account.
- Distributing unlawful, offensive, or harmful content through the platform.
- Taking any action that could negatively affect other users' experience on the platform.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without a refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action where necessary.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 285 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support several local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other online bank transfers. The list of available payment methods is subject to change from time to time.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds used are yours and have been obtained legally. 285 does not accept funds linked to illegal activities or money laundering.
- Deposits are usually processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the procedures and timeframes set by the platform.
- 285 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for identity verification or investigation purposes where suspicious activity is detected.
- Any discrepancies in transactions must be reported to us within a reasonable timeframe. We are not liable for claims submitted after the stipulated period.
- Payments made in error due to user mistakes are the user's responsibility. We will endeavour to assist with recovery but cannot guarantee a successful outcome.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policies

The 285 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service disruptions, or technical errors beyond our control.
We strive to keep the platform running at all times; however, scheduled maintenance or technical emergencies may cause temporary disruptions. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such disruptions.
Account Suspension & Closure
285 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
- Requests from the relevant authorities.
- At 285's sole and absolute discretion for platform security purposes.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may not be refundable, subject to the circumstances and the decision of our investigation team.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 285 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases, and interface layouts — is the property of 285 or our licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, modify, or exploit any such content without our prior written consent.

The 285 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party websites is done entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms
285 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
